Tulum is a coffee roasting business and is constantly thriving to be innovative and different. Our goal is to build a successful homegrown brand that people fall in love with. We are looking for creative individuals who have a passion for growing and preferably understand speciality coffee.
- Bachelor degree holder or above in business management or related fields
- 3+ years experience in the sales field, preferably in the F&B or Hospitality sector
- Prior coffee knowledge would be advantageous
- Conduct local market research to identify and evaluate new business prospects and establish contact with potential leads (such as cafes, hotels, restaurants, corporate organisations) to sell roasted coffee or form a strategic alliance.
- Ability to organise, execute, and accomplish sales targets
- Create and build awareness of the brand to boost the success of marketing and sales campaigns
- Research and find new product opportunities related to coffee or the Tulum Brand to sell on various platforms and also be able to source these products or materials.
- Find new channels and online platforms and negotiate to sell Tulum Coffee products.
- Build a retail sales model for roasted coffee products
- Good critical thinking and negotiating skills
- Strategic and business mindset
- Ability to take the initiative to seek out creative ideas and courageous to think outside the box
- Well organised and detail-oriented
- Collaborative nature; ability to work with the team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic accounting skills to negotiate

- Must be living/ based out of Mumbai or be willing to relocate.
- This is a full-time position. No remote working / WFH.
