Tulum is a coffee roasting business and is constantly thriving to be innovative and different. Our goal is to build a successful homegrown brand that people fall in love with. We are looking for creative individuals who have a passion for growing and preferably understand speciality coffee.



  • Bachelor degree holder or above in business management or related fields
  • 3+ years experience in the sales field, preferably in the F&B or Hospitality sector
  • Prior coffee knowledge would be advantageous


  • Conduct local market research to identify and evaluate new business prospects and establish contact with potential leads (such as cafes, hotels, restaurants, corporate organisations) to sell roasted coffee or form a strategic alliance.
  • Ability to organise, execute, and accomplish sales targets
  • Create and build awareness of the brand to boost the success of marketing and sales campaigns
  • Research and find new product opportunities related to coffee or the Tulum Brand to sell on various platforms and also be able to source these products or materials.
  • Find new channels and online platforms and negotiate to sell Tulum Coffee products.
  • Build a retail sales model for roasted coffee products

  • Must be living/ based out of Mumbai or be willing to relocate.
